Trash Collection to Begin at 6 A.M. in Northwest Quadrant for Once-a-Week Customers -July 3rd through August 31st

Beginning on Tuesday, July 3, City of Tulsa refuse customers in the northwest quadrant whose trash is picked up once a week should put their trash at the curb by 6 a.m. on collection days.

Refuse collection crews will be starting their routes one hour earlier so they can do most of their work during the cooler hours of the day. The early schedule will continue through August 31. Northwest quadrant refuse collection routes will return to a 7 a.m. starting time on September 4.

Service times to customers whose trash is picked up twice a week will not change. These customers should have their trash at the curb by 6 a.m. on collection days.
