Designed for boys and girls, ages 6 through 15, races begin at 8:00am. McClure Park is located at 7440 E. 7th Street.

Each child has the option of selecting a long course or short course involving:

The child’s pre-registration fee of $20 provides him or her with the competition, as well as a T-shirt and participation medal. Registration fees of $25 will be accepted after July 20th.

“It’s a great way for a child to exercise and compete with the prize being the joy of competing and completing,” says Sue Price, Recreation Specialist for Tulsa Parks. “Every child who enters and finishes the race is a winner!”

Last year’s competition involved over 152 kids. Price anticipates even more entering this year.

Entry forms may be obtained at the Tulsa Parks office (1710 W. Charles Page Blvd.) or at any Tulsa Parks Recreation Center. For more information, contact Sue Price at 596-2527.
