Request for Proposals |
On July 30, 2007, the City of Tulsa released a nationwide Request for Proposals for Phase 1 to update the Comprehensive Plan for the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. The Comprehensive Plan Update process, called PLANiTULSA, focuses on the belief that community dialogue is essential to shape the future of this City.
The City of Tulsa sought partnerships with professional consultants to join in this dialogue: build relationships in our community, work with our ideas, struggle with our toughest issues, and help us to find pathways toward solutions that we can all embrace.
The City’s requirements, based on input from the community were stated in the Request for Proposals.
