Crutchfield Neighborhood Revitalization Master Plan
Residents, business owners, and other stakeholders of the Crutchfield Neighborhood Area met over a period of time with the City of Tulsa to create a vision and long term guide for revitalization.
The Crutchfield Neighborhood Revitalization Master Plan is a comprehensive approach which will result in a mixed-use sustainable neighborhood.
