Purpose:

To provide transportation for veterans to and from the VA Medical Centers throughout Oklahoma.

Eligibility:

Veterans who need transportation to their VA authorized medical appointments.

From the veterans residence to the Tulsa Outpatient Clinic

The DAV can pick up a veteran from his or her place of residency and take them to the Tulsa Outpatient Clinic, 9322 East 41st St, Tulsa, OK 74145. Phone: (918) 628-2500

Dates and time:

By appointment
Monday-Friday except holidays

The shuttle pick up times are between 0800-14:00 

Accessibility:

This is not wheel chair accessible. 

The veteran must be able to enter and exit the van with NO ASSISTANCE. The vans are not handicap accessible.
