This May, AAA also named our city a top travel spot and the least expensive destination among the U.S.’s 49 largest metropolitan areas. Two adults can expect to spend as little as $178.78 per day, including transportation, lodging, and meals – compared to the U.S. average of $244 a day (per couple)!
Forbes agrees that Tulsa is good all around. In October 2007, this flagship business publication placed T-town sixth in the nation for job environment, seventh in income growth, 10th best in cost of living, 18th in job growth and 23rd in low unemployment.
