Street Closing for Special Event — Tulsa Heart Walk

Saturday, April 12, the “Tulsa Heart Walk” takes place at Veterans Park, 1875 South Boulder Avenue. Crowds in excess of 3,000 are anticipated to attend and enjoy this annual fundraiser event for the American Heart Association, which begins at 9:00 AM (walk). The festival begins at 8:00 AM and ends at Noon.

Staging Area: Boulder Park Drive between 18th Street and 19th Street will be closed from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Walk Route: Police will assist walkers crossing the intersections of 21st Street and Boulder Avenue and 18th Street and Boston Avenue. The walk route is on the River Parks Trail.

Drivers who are not coming to watch or participate in this event should avoid this area. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
