Tulsa Authority for Recovery of Energy
The TARE Board was created by
City Ordinance, Title 39, Chapter 15. They meet the fourth
Wednesday of the month, 3:30 p.m., City Hall, Room 411.
According to Article VI of the City ordinance listed above,
TARE board members may serve under expired terms until their
successors are appointed by the Mayor. The members continue to
serve during the critical process of selecting a new collection
service because of the need for continuity and consistency
of knowledge among the board.
