Enforcement
The Tulsa Police Department recognizes that speeding is a
problem in some parts of our community. Safe streets
are an important ingredient to the overall quality
of life in neighborhoods. With this in mind, the
department has assigned an officer in each uniformed division to
work with citizens on problem sites throughout the
city.
Each uniform division traffic officer is familiar with the
unique problems neighborhoods face as people go about their
daily activities.
Officers have the ability to use police units, motorcycles and
citiizen information to address speeding.
