Public Hearing on HUD Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan/Action Plan for the City of Tulsa

Citizens are invited to comment on the HUD Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan/Action Plan and welcome to attend an upcoming public hearing regarding a Substantial Plan Amendment that will include the following changes:

  • Change in Scope of the Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan to include the construction and/or rehabilitation of sidewalks in low/moderate income, primarily residential areas within North and West Tulsa.

This Substantial Plan Amendment will detail changes to the City's FY 11 Annual Action Plan. The document will be available for a 30-day public review and comment period May 11, 2012 through June 10, 2012 at the following locations: City of Tulsa - City Clerk's office (175 E. 2nd Street - 2nd Floor); INCOG (2 W. 2nd Street, Suite 800); Central, Hardesty, Martin, Rudisill and Zarrow Libraries and online. These changes are contingent upon HUD's approval.

The City of Tulsa invites you to a Public Hearing to comment on these changes.

WHEN: Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 6 p.m.

Public Notice - Application for Federal Funds Through The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant for the City of Tulsa, OK

Citizens are invited to comment regarding a local solicitation for a joint application for Federal funds through the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant by the Tulsa Police Department and the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office. The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program supports all components of the criminal justice system, from multijurisdictional drug and gang task forces to crime prevention and domestic violence programs, courts, corrections, treatment, and justice information sharing initiatives.

This application will be available for a 30-day public review and comment period May 3, 2012 through June 2, 2012 at the following locations: City of Tulsa - City Clerk's office (175 E. 2nd Street - 2nd Floor); INCOG (2 W. 2nd Street, Suite 800); Central, Hardesty, Martin, Rudisill and Zarrow Libraries; and below.
