Contractor Information
Working In Neighborhoods, Housing Division in conjunction with
several HUD sponsored programs uses contractors to perform repairs
on homes within the City of Tulsa limits. These programs utilize
general contractors, electricians, plumbers, mechanical and roofing
contractors.
Qualifications:
- General Liability Insurance
- Worker Comp (required for all roofers and rehabilitation
contractors)
- Not De-Barred (HUD has a list of De-Barred contractors, you
company cannot be on this list)
- Email Address (Your email address must have the ability to
print PDF files)
- Required License/Registrations (Electricians, Plumbers,
Mechanical, Roofers, Lead Base Paint)
