Minutes
The HUD Grant Prioritization Committee meets the second Tuesday
of each month in the City Council Chambers located on the 4th Floor
of City Hall. Meetings are open to the public.
The City of Tulsa 5-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual
Action Plan are available online on the Grants Administration pages.
The City of Tulsa Citizen Participation Plan is available
online.

Priority Needs in the City of Tulsa for 2010-2015 were approved
by the HUD Grant Prioritization Committee at their meeting on
April 13, 2010.
Fair Housing
It is the policy of the City of Tulsa that all persons shall
have an equal opportunity commensurate with their economic capacity
to purchase, rent, lease, or occupy housing and that all persons
shall have an equal opportunity to avail themselves of public
accommodations without regard to race, color, religion, sex,
national origin, ancestry, marital status, familial status or
