John D. Veal, Jr., Business Development Specialist with Oklahoma
District Office Small Business Administration (SBA) and Susan
McClune, Transportation Manager with Oklahoma Department of
Transportation (ODOT) have agreed to share their interpretation of
the Small Business Act and some of the Code of Federal Regulations
that the BRIDGE certification program is in pursuant to.
