Join HRD and the Tulsa Police Academy for a course developed by the Western Community Policing Institute and the Virginia Center for Policing Innovation. This course is intended to epand and sustain homeland security leadership across the country. More information is available with the registration form online.

The target audience for the course includes: Law enforcement, Fire service, Public works and utilities, Public safety, Education, EMS, Communications, Government administration, Health care and Emergency managers.
