Renting a Shelter

Park Shelters are great for parties, picnics, or family reunions for 50-75 people. The Shelter Reservation Form will help you find and reserve the best Shelter for your event. This form describes all amenities at each Shelter and locates it for you on the Shelter Map. Typically, Shelters rent for $60/day.

Larger Shelters rent for $100/day. Those Shelters include Mohawk #2, Mohawk #6, Veterans, Hunter, and Helmerich.

Some Restrooms and Shelters may require a key, involving a $25 deposit. Most restrooms are 'winterized' (pipes drained to prevent freezing/damage) for the year.

If no one has a Shelter Rental Permit, Shelters may be used on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Mohawk Park: There is a parking fee of $2/car and $10/bus to enter from April 1 to October 31. These fees apply only on weekends and holidays.
