ONEOK Field Parking

Parking will no doubt be a priority for baseball fans during the Tulsa Drillers 2010 inaugural season at the new ONEOK Field. Recent parking data provided by the City of Tulsa Planning Department confirms there will be ample parking for everyone, with more than 3,500 spaces within a five-minute walk and 2,000 additional spaces within 10 minutes of the stadium.

Mayor Dewey Bartlett

Let's play ball! This Thursday will mark the inaugural game for the Tulsa Drillers at their new home, ONEOK Field. I hope you join us downtown for Drillers baseball and festivities for the entire family.

Cities across the nation are seeing their downtown areas transform from ballparks being built in their core downtown area. Our city will not be any different - the development of Tulsa's new baseball complex will continue our economic development momentum, bringing additional residents and visitors to downtown, creating new jobs, and generating more tax revenue for further growth of our downtown area and the Greenwood, Brady and Blue Dome entertainment districts.

With the BOK Center, the newly renovated Convention Center, the John Hope Franklin Reconciliation Park, and ONEOK Field, we welcome everyone downtown to share in this new entertainment experience.

Best regards,
Dewey Bartlett
