City of Tulsa's New Customer Care Center

In response to the City of Tulsa's citizen survey which called for improved and enhanced services for Tulsa citizens, Mayor Dewey Bartlett has created a new department solely focused on enhancing the level of citizen satisfaction with City services.

The City of Tulsa's new Customer Care Center combines the City's numerous customer service centers into one department. This first phase takes effect July 1, 2011 and combines the Mayor's Action Center (MAC), Refuse and Recycling, Dead Animal Collection Service and the Public Works Utility Services' call center. Subsequent phases will be announced as completed.

Mayor Bartlett said, "We are extremely pleased to offer our citizens this great service that will make their contact experience with the City of Tulsa even better."

The current phone numbers of (918) 596-2100 (MAC), (918) 596-9777 (Refuse and Recycling), (918) 596-9771 (Dead Animal Collection), and (918) 596-9511 (Utility Services) will remain the same. There will be no immediate change or service-level impact to citizens.
