2009 Energy Plan
The 2009 Energy Plan was developed by the Energy Conservation
and Sustainability Team. The Team represented various departments
which could address overall energy and sustainability issues across
the City of Tulsa because of department function.
Team members represented several Public Works
Divisions:

Facilities Maintenance (Thomas Chandler)
Refuse/Solid Waste - Customer Service (Eric Lee)
Refuse/Solid Waste - Recycling (Laureen Gilroy)
Quality Assurance (Graham Brannin)
Also represented on the committee were:
Communications Department (Mary Coley)
Equipment Management Department (Brent Jones)
Mayor's Office (Brett Fidler)
Purchasing Department (Larry Hood)
The Team plan, for use in city-wide operations was
submitted on March 31, 2009 to Mayor Kathy Taylor.
