There are many things you can do as a business to follow Best Management Practices:  

• Adopt the BMP for Food Establishments
• Review the Food Establishment Presentation
• Print and post signs to remind employees the importance of proper grease disposal:
              Poster 1 | Poster 2 | Poster 3
• Perform regular grease trap inspections  Inspection Form
• Use a permitted grease hauler to clean your grease trap
• Frequent businesses that practice best management practices
• Sign and mail in the Letter of Participation
