Street Closing for Special Event - Boo Ha Ha Parade

The Brookside Business Assoctation will host the Boo Ha Ha
Parade. Crowds in excess of 10,000 are anticipated to attend and
enjoy this 19th annual Restless Ribbon event. For more information,

Street Closure: Peoria Avenue between I44 and 49th Street will be
closed from 1:15 PM to 4 PM for the staging area. Peoria Avenue
between 49th Street and 33rd Street, 33rd Street between Peoria
Avenue and Rockford Avenue, and Rockford Avenue between 33rd Street
and 36th Street will be closed from 2:30 PM to 5 PM for the parade
route.
Drivers who are not coming to watch or participate in this event
should avoid this area.
