City Hall, Other Offices Closed Friday, Nov. 11, for Veterans Day

City Hall and other City offices will be closed Friday, Nov. 11,
for Veterans Day. Public safety and mission critical operations,
however, will operate as normal.
Trash and curbside recycling services also will operate as
normal. Residents who need assistance with a water or sewer problem
may call the City's Customer Care Center at 596-2100.
The City of Tulsa green waste site, 10401 East 56th St. North,
however, will be closed on Friday and on Sunday, Nov. 13. The green
waste site will be open on Saturday, Nov. 12, and will resume its
normal schedule on Monday, Nov. 14 - 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day
except for City holidays. In addition to wood chips, free firewood
is available at the site. Tulsa residents may drop off yard waste
free of charge.
The City of Tulsa Animal Welfare Shelter, 3031 North Erie Ave.,
will be open for regular hours on Friday, noon to 6 p.m. The
shelter's usual schedule is Tuesday through Friday from noon to 6
p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 4 p.m.
Tulsa Parks' recreation centers will be closed on Friday, but
both City golf courses - Mohawk and Page Belcher, as well as the
Tulsa Zoo, will be open. Gilcrease Museum also will be open on
Friday. The Tulsa Performing Arts Center will be closed on that
day.
