Mayor names Tom Golliver Chief Information Officer

Mayor Dewey Bartlett has announced the promotion of Tom Golliver
to Chief Information Officer for the City of Tulsa, effective Jan.
1, 2012.
"I am pleased to appoint Tom Golliver to this critical position
for the City of Tulsa as we focus on making the best use of our
resources in the fast-changing environment of information
technology," Mayor Bartlett said.
As Chief Information Officer, Golliver will direct the City of
Tulsa Information Technology Department and serve as a member of
the city's executive leadership team to influence strategic
business decisions regarding the use of technology.
Golliver recently has served as Director of Information Services
and interim director of the Information Technology Department. He
began his employment at the City of Tulsa in 2007 as Director of
Information Technology Administration & Planning. Golliver has
a Bachelor of Science degree in math and computer science from
Oklahoma State University.
