Synergy -N-Tulsa Resource Summit, for Commercial Brokers, Developers and Community Organizations on Jan. 25

City representatives from Planning, Economic Development & Real Estate and Development Services will host a resource summit for those interested in learning the ins and outs of developing in Tulsa.

What:   Synergy -N-Tulsa Resource Summit

When:  Wednesday, January, 25, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Where:  Central Center in Centennial Park, 1028 E. 6th St.

During the summit, a nine person panel consisting of city personnel will go through a variety of development tools ranging from permitting expertise to redevelopment incentives. Attendees will find out the biggest challenges with developments in Tulsa and how to avoid delays and obstacles with projects.

The resource summit is a direct result from the business forums hosted by Mayor Bartlett, which were hosted in each district to address needs of the business and development community. After the Mayor's business forums, resource summits were included in the economic development strategic plan to keep the development community engaged and updated with current services available.
