Infrastructure Development
The City of Tulsa has recently adopted a new, streamlined,
Infrastructure Development Process. With the enactment of Title
35, this new process encourages economic development in a
logical, efficient, and progressive manner. We recognize that the
economic viability of commercial and residential development
depends on timely completion of all phases of the project. In
that regard, we have significantly reduced the amount of
administrative paperwork and shortened the time required to get
construction underway. We hope that you will find the City of
Tulsa to be great place for your development and will share our
enthusiasm for "A New Kind of Energy!"
