Online Contractor Account
Citizens can now sign up for a web account to deposit money
into their existing contractor accounts. These accounts can be used
for permits, licenses, inspection, or penalty fees.
Benefits of an online account:
- Deposit money into account from any computer
- Available anytime of the day or night
- Add multiple users to account with individual log-in and
passwords
- Accepts e-checks, MasterCard, and Visa
With an established web account, users can also call into
596-9656 and deposit money with a MasterCard or Visa
A computer terminal is also available in Development
Services, 4th Floor, to access accounts.

To set up an account, fill out the account
registration form and mail it in, or deliver it, along with
your initial deposit, of $250, to:
