Permit Center Has Moved To One Technology Center
We will update additional information here as soon as it becomes
available. We appreciate your continued patience with this move and
hope this relocation has not and will not cause you any
inconvenience with your projects.
Customer Entrance to City Hall
The main entrance is located on the south-side of the One
Technology Center building at
175 E. 2nd Street, 74103. Customers should check in at the
Reception Center on the ground level (2nd floor) of the building.
You will be directed to the Permit Center, located on the 4th
floor, accessed by the south elevators.
Customer Parking
The Performing Arts Center lot is located on the south-east
corner of
2nd and Cincinnati. It has 100 visitor parking spaces
available.
Visitors will pay a regular, hourly fee ($1 for the first 1/2
hr., $1 for every hr. thereafter, up to $3.50 cap) for parking,
Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Parking is free on
Thursday evenings for City Council meetings, except when there are
events at the Performing Arts center. An attendant will be
onsite to assist with parking.
Hours Open to Public Business
The Permit Center will maintain its normal business hours for
our customers: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to
4 p.m..

Our main receiption desk number has not changed:
918.596.9456. After business hours, voice messages
can be left by our customers at that number. Likewise, the
Interactive Voice Response (Inspection request number) has also
remained the same: 918.596.1720, to schedule
inspections, cancel inspections, check inspection results or check
account balances 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
