Port of Catoosa - The Tulsa Port of Catoosa is
an inland multi-modal shipping complex. Each day, products are
moved through the Port using barge, rail and truck- often in
combination. The Port's transportation assets include the
waterfront docks and terminals and the 1.5-mile private channel on
which they are located. For more information visit the Port of
Catoosa website here.
Tulsa International Airport and R.L Jones, Jr.
Airport - Tulsa is home to two airports.
Commercial air travel through Tulsa International Airport
(TUL) and general aviation services available at R.L. Jones, Jr.
Airport (RVS). Airline Carriers located at TUL include: American
Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta, Frontier, Southwest and
United. More information about both airports can be found here.
Street Projects- In November 2008, Tulsans
voted to make a sizable investment in the community to provide
$451.6 million in funding through the third penny sales tax and a
general obligation bond issue. The two funding packages combined
represent the largest investment in infrastructure in Tulsa's
history. Construction on two of the projects began in the fall of
2009, and construction on more than 30 other projects will begin in
the summer of 2010. To see the most current project map, visit the
