City Hall in Your Neighborhood
Mayor Dewey Bartlett and the City Councilors spent the spring
visiting each of the nine council districts to reach out and have a
one-on-one conversation with citizens during "City Hall in Your
Neighborhood".
At each of the meetings, Tulsans were able to talk with the
mayor, their district's councilor, City department heads and staff,
asking questions and receiving information on City government
services and programs that have a direct and indirect impact on
their lives. Customer Care Center and Working in Neighborhood
representatives were on hand to take reports of problems and
concerns and generate service orders on the spot.
The Mayor and Councilor's received such positive feedback on the
meetings, that plans are being developed for the 2013 City Hall in
Your Neighborhood schedule.
