Mike Bunney
Chief Economic Development Officer
As the City's lead for economic development initiatives, Mike
Bunney will manage the real estate and economic development
division and work to ensure that Tulsa is seen around the world as
open for business. Most recently, Bunney served as Director of 787
Global Logistics for The Boeing Company. He brings thirty years of
experience as an executive in the aerospace industry.
Bunney will assume his duties with the City on March 3rd.

Deirdre Dexter
Legal Department
Deirdre Dexter is the director of the Legal Department and under
administrative direction of the Mayor is responsible for
professional and administrative legal work for the City of Tulsa.
As City Attorney, Deirdre serves as legal counsel for the Mayor,
City Council, and all departments and represents the City in all
matters affecting the City.

Charles L. Hardt
Director of Operations
Charles Hardt heads the Operations Division which oversees
Equipment Management and the Public Works Department activities
including Engineering Services, Public Facilities & Property
Management, Environmental Services and Policy Development.

Mike Kier
Director of Finance
Mike Kier leads the Finance Department and also performs the
duties of City Clerk. Mike directs all purchasing activities for
the City and is responsible for presenting financial information to
the City Council and the City's Trust Authorities. As Finance
Director, he directs and develops policies concerning areas of
accounting, budgeting, treasury and revenue activities.

Chief Allen LaCroix
Fire Department
Chief Allen Lacroix heads the Tulsa Fire Department and is
responsible for directing the department's resources for maximum
effectiveness and efficiency-all in order to provide for the utmost
safety for the citizens of Tulsa.

Kim MacLeod
Director of Communications
As the Director of Strategic Communications at the City of
Tulsa, Kim MacLeod spearheads the handling of public
affairs and media relations with the goal of increasing the
public's understanding of their local government, as well as
raising awareness of specific services provided by City departments
and Mayor's initiatives.

Susan Neal
Director of Community Development and
Education Initiatives
Susan Neal leads the Division of Community Development and
Education Initiatives. Susan works to develop strong working
relationships with the education community. Susan oversees the
Gilcrease Museum, Parks, Convention Center and the Performing Arts
Center. Susan also directs the newly created Working in
Neighborhoods Department which includes the Mayor's Action Center
and Neighborhood Planning. Susan is also directing the update of
our City's Comprehensive Plan.

Chief Ron Palmer
Police Department
Chief Palmer is responsible for leading and managing a staff of
829 sworn and 107 civilian employees. He directs all patrol,
investigative and administrative operations. Though an advocate of
traditional community policing, Chief Palmer is now implementing
new crime reduction initiatives, including an emphasis on
"information-based policing" and the promotion of the Department as
a true community partner. He brings 30 years of experience in law
enforcement, including 11 years as the Chief of the Tulsa Police
Department.

Nancy Siegel
General Counsel
Nancy Siegel serves as General Counsel to the Mayor. As legal
counsel, Nancy is also responsible for the direction and
administration of the Municipal Court system.

Ben Stout
Chief Technology Officer
Ben Stout leads the Technology Division and directs the
Information Technology Department. Ben is in the process of
evaluating and implementing technology systems for more efficient
communication between citizens and city entities.

Lana Turner-Addison
Human Rights Department
Dr. Turner-Addison leads the Human Rights Department. She is
responsible for ensuring that Title 5 of the City of Tulsa Revised
Ordinances is upheld. The Human Rights Department receives and
investigates complaints of discrimination in the areas of
employment, housing, and public accommodations. Responsibilities
also include administration of the small business certification
program.

Jeff Wilkie
Organizational Development and Performance
Jeff Wilkie is responsible for the development and achievement
of an overall organizational learning and development strategy for
the City of Tulsa. He leads the Human Resources Department in
recruiting, retaining, and training the best and the brightest for
the City's workforce.
Wilkie successfully led the City of Tulsa in two major
initiatives focused around increasing efficiency, customer services
and lowering operational costs through improving the permitting and
the payroll processes at the City of Tulsa.
