Tulsa Blue Employee Recognition Program

Nominate an employee who has given you exceptional service today!

Charles Mayfield, Ruth Hill, Mayor Dewey Bartlett, Jeannie Paxman, and Lee Dawes

Have you noticed a City of Tulsa employee who demonstrates exemplary enthusiasm and dedication to serving the public? If so, you have an opportunity to show your appreciation and recognize someone's good work.

Each quarter, the City of Tulsa recognizes exceptional employees with the Tulsa Blue award. Tulsa Blue designates those who go above and beyond their regular duties and exemplify the characteristics of exceptional public service to the citizens of Tulsa and fellow city employees. Recipients will receive a recognition from Mayor Bartlett and a few special awards to recognize their work.

In order to receive this honor, an employee must be nominated. To nominate someone for the Tulsa Blue award, you may use the online form. Nominations should include the employee's name, department and contact information if known, and a brief description of why this employee should be a Tulsa Blue recipient.
