Application Instructions
You are not required to use the online
application. It is provided for your convenience. However, you will
be required to complete an application as part of the qualification
process for obtaining an interview (see FAQ #23). You may be asked to fill out
additional paperwork as the application process continues.
You may choose to apply in the traditional method by contacting
the recruitment officer for a paper application. To contact the
recruitment officer, call 918-596-9418.
Read And Follow All Instructions. Failure To Do So Will Void Your
Application.
- Form must be completely filled out by the applicant.
- Answer each question completely and accurately. Each blank must
have an answer.
- If the question does not apply to you or the answer is none,
write N/A in the appropriate space.
Please Note:
- Incomplete or inaccurate answers may be grounds for rejection
or removal from the hiring process.
- Whether intentional or inadvertent, omissions are taken very
seriously.
- It is better to tell the truth. Your application will be given
every consideration in light of all available information.
- You may be asked to submit additional information or
documentation pertaining to your application.
