Hazard Mitigation Plan
The City of Tulsa is in the process of updating the Multi-Hazard
Mitigation Plan. This project is being completed using a committee
of City of Tulsa staff and public and private stakeholders. The
committee meetings are open to the public and are held the first
Thursday of every month at the City's Engineering Services
Facility, 2317 S. Jackson Ave., Room S-328.
Each month a different hazard is analyzed to determine the
potential risk to citizens of Tulsa and identify the best
mitigation measures for the specific hazard.
Citizen input into the update process is critical to ensure the
plan reflects the interests of the citizens. You can provide input
for the plan update at any of the scheduled meetings or by
completing the online survey.
