The project also includes new traffic signals at intersections and better storm drainage - bar ditches will be replaced with curb, gutter and storm sewers. The City of Tulsa has contracted with Becco Contractors Inc. for this $10 million project, which was funded with the 2001 Third Penny Sales Tax. Completion of the project is scheduled for August 2011.
