Consideration and possible approval, adoption, denial, amendment or revision of Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 136228 between the City of Tulsa and Tri-Star Construction, LLC for Project No. 2036N9038Z, in the amount of forty-six thousand, sixty-five dollars and fifty-six cents ($46,065.56) and adding forty-six (46) calendar days due to changed conditions in the intersection of E. 37th St. and S.
