Resolution approving the Program Year (PY) 2024 Annual Action Plan and projected use of funds beginning July 1, 2024, to be funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME) funds, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds; authorizing the Mayor to submit a final statement and to sign all assurances, understandings, and contracts associated with said grants from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, and in accordance with all requirements.
