Executive Order, pursuant to Article III, Section 1.6, of Tulsa's Revised Charter, abolishing prior Divisions for the management of Departments of the City as previously configured; creating the Divisions of Administration and Public Safety, and establishing the Animal Services Department, the Department of Resiliance and Equity, and Planning and Neighborhoods Department; superseding all previous Executive Orders in conflict.
