Consideration and possible approval, adoption, denial, amendment or revision of an Ordinance amending Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Title 44, titled “City of Tulsa Hotel Tax Code”, Chapter 1, titled “City of Tulsa Hotel Tax Code”, Section 101, titled “Imposition of Tax; Exemptions”, Subsection A by increasing the levy of an excise tax upon the gross proceeds or gross receipts derived from the rent from every occupancy of a room or rooms in a hotel in this city from five percent (5%) to nine and one-quarter percent (9.25%); providing for severability; repealing ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith; establishing an effective date of July 1, 2026, subject to voter approval.
