Ordinance amending Title 11-A, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, "Stormwater Management and Hazard Mitigation Program", Chapter 2, "Stormwater Drainage System Service Charge", Section 202, "Rate Schedule", increasing the monthly Stormwater Service charge rate by seven percent (7.0%), from thirteen dollars and sixty-nine cents ($13.69) per month to fourteen dollars and sixty-five cents ($14.65) per month, providing an operative date of October 1, 2026.
