Development Services offers pre-submittal and pre-construction meetings for all development and building projects.
Meetings are an opportunity for developers to meet with City representatives in the planning stage of their project. The goal is to address potential problems early in the development process. In addition to Development Services staff, representatives of INCOG, the Fire Department, Traffic Engineering, Urban Development and Right-of-Way Permitting may be in attendance.
