Health Policy
It is the goal of City Medical to promote the health and well being of City employees. The accomplishment of this objective shall be through a formal program of preventive health care, health education, and emergency medical treatment.

Hours of Operation

7 a.m. - Noon and 1 - 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday
7 a.m. - Noon and 1 - 2 p.m. on Friday

City employees who are injured in the evening or on weekends when City Medical is closed need to go to Hillcrest Medical Center Emergency Room for medical treatment. Hillcrest is located at 1125 S. Trenton Ave.  If this is a life-threatening emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room.

Employees utilizing the emergency room should report to City Medical the next work day.

After Hours Drug/Alcohol Collections

All after hours testing must be arranged through Jamesha Williams or City of Tulsa Security. Please contact Jamesha Williams, Occupational Health Manager, at (918) 260-9336 or City of Tulsa Security at (918) 596-9100 to arrange after hours drug and alcohol testing.

After hours testing includes any testing that will take place while City Medical is closed. After hours testing includes random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and follow-up testing. All after hours testing must be at City Medical and will be performed by City of Tulsa Security.
