A street rehabilitation project is scheduled to begin on Monday, Aug. 5, on North Mingo Road between East 36th Street and East Pine Street. The first construction area will be between 36th Street North and Apache Street, where traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction.
This project includes waterline replacement, stormwater drainage improvements, new paving and a sidewalk on the west side of the street.
In June 2020, weather permitting, work will move to between Apache Street and Pine Street for the remainder of the project. Traffic will remain one lane in each direction.
The City of Tulsa has contracted with Becco Contractors for this $8,435,000 project funded by the 2014 Improve Our Tulsa sales tax. Completion of the project is scheduled for August 2021.
