The victim was attending her bachelorette party at a night club located at 2100 S. Garnett. During the evening the victim went misssing. The victim has not been seen or heard from since.

Roth Gibson

05/18/1990
The victim and another male were fighting on a retaining wall above a loading dock at # 7 E. 2nd Street.

Deborah Timmons

05/20/1994
The body of Deborah Timmons was discovered in the bathroom of an apartment at 6967 E. 15th Pl. (Leisure Manor). The incident was originally worked as a suicide, but evidence indicated this was a homicide.

Toni was last seen at her residence in 5/20/2011.

Jordan Sigli
Unsolved Crime
05/20/2012
Jordan Sigli arrived at the location to attend a birthday party. As he was exiting a vehicle in the parking lot, someone in another vehicle driving past the location fired shots into the crowd at the location.

TPD Unsolved Crimes goal is to educate the public about cold cases, missing persons and unsolved crimes in the Tulsa area. This site is intended to share and exchange resources in efforts to publicize these crimes and ensure every victim’s story is told and kept alive until those responsible are held accountable.

  • Cold Case - a criminal investigation that has not been solved after a considerable time but remains "on the books"; may be reopened when new evidence appears.
  • Missing Person - a person who has disappeared but is not known to be dead, and whose body has not been found.
  • Unsolved Crime - a crime that has not been solved or explained.
The Search page provides a way to search for a specific victim by name, type of crime and date of the incident. The Cases page lists all victims by last name, type of crime and decade the incident occurred.
