Cold Case 04/05/1994

 

On April 1, 1994 the victim's mother reported her missing from her residence located at 8102 E. 63rd Place. On April 5, 1994 the victim was discovered deceased by the City of Tulsa Water Crew at the water towers at 6100 S. Sheridan. The victim died from asphyxiation.
