Missing Person 11/20/2002

 

Latricia Fipps was last seen on 11202002 working at a house at 200 S Phoenix Avenue. Her former husband stated he took her home. Her family reported her missing when she never arrived at home. Foul play is suspected. Latricia is a white female, 5'4" tall and 105 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Latricia has a tattoo above her right knee with wings and the word "Harley".
