Cold Case 02/22/1988

 

On February 22, 1988 at 1732 hours the victim was discovered deceased in the Arkansas River at 3100 S. Riverside Drive, among the rocks northern end of PSO. The victim was tied up and died as a result of blunt force trauma. The victim was known to live beneath the bridge and in several shelters. The victim was last seen between 1200-1400 hours on February 22nd.
