Cold Case 09/21/1996

 

On September 21, 1996 at 0530 hours a fire was started in the victim's living room of her apartment located at 1050 E. 61st Street apartment #37. An accelerant was used to start the fire. The victim was bedridden and was unalbe to escape the fire. The victim died of smoke inhilation. The victim's son and common-law husband were able to escaped.
