Cold Case 03/29/1989

 

On March 29, 1989 the 17th month old victim and her mother were discovered deceased inside their burning apartment at Woodcreek Apartment complex located at 208 N. 112th E. avenue #315. The victim's mother Carol Wald was at first believed that she died from smoke inhalation. It was later determined that she died from strangulation.
