Cold Case 03/15/2004

 

On March 15, 2004 officers responded to a shooting at 1317 S. Troost. Witnesses advised they heard several gunshots and looked outside and saw the victim sitting inside a red Lincoln Town car in front of 1317 S. Troost. The victim had been shot. The victim died from is injuries.
