Missing Person 02/28/2007

 

Andre Ogans was last seen in February 2007 leaving his place of residence on his bicycle. He did not take any personal belongings with him, and stated he was meeting a friend. Foul play is suspected. Andre is an African American male, 6'1" tall, about 175 lbs., brown eyes, and age last seen was 36.
