Missing Person 10/22/1991

 

Billy was last in contact with family and friends on the night of 10-22-1991 at approximately 11:29 pm. He stated he was at Carl's Lounge, 1100 S Denver Ave. Billy has two tattoos: one of a black panther on his right forearm, and one of a Grim Reaper on his left forearm. Billy is a white male, 5'9" tall, weighs between 210-220 lbs. He has blue eyes. His age when last seen was 36.
