Missing Person 07/29/2009

 

Winter was last seen by the Tulsa Police on 7/29/2009. She last talked to her mother on the same date. She is deaf and on disability. There has been no acitity on her account since Septemeber 2009. Winter is an Asian or Pacfic Islander female, 5' 00" tall, 95-105 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. When lasst seen she was 22. Possible tattoo says "Grandma Betty" and unknown tattoo on right calf.
